We are conveniently located on a quiet street across from a private beach, close to many fine restaurants, antique shops and public transportation. Our Guest Rooms Our suites are spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each suite has a queen size bed, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, cable television, bistro table and chairs, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Some suites have an ocean view. Our apartments consist of one or two spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed and private bathroom, cable television, air-conditioning, a living room and a full kitchen. Some have ocean views. Call for specific rates for specific dates. Rates vary depending on season. Long and short-term winter rentals are also available.Guest Room Amenities It is our philosophy that upon check-in our guests should be able to relax instead of running back out to the store. That is why all suites and apartments are furnished with many amenities for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Upon arrival our guests will check into their suites only to find: fresh flowers and a chilled bottle of wine. Guest refrigerators are stocked with: water, soda, fresh juice, and many assorted snacks. All suites have wicker baskets containing: cups, eating utensils, paper plates, paper towels, garbage bags and saran wrap. All bathrooms are stocked with: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair gel, bar soap, hand soap, tissues and body lotion. All you need to remember are your clothes! Our Verandas " Porching" on New York Avenue is just one of the many ways guests can relax, enjoy the neighborhood and ocean views.Directions Garden State Parkway to Exit 98. Or the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 7A and take 195 East. Either way follow signs for the Shore Points or Point Pleasant Beach. That is the same as Route 34 south to Route 35 south, which directly goes into Point Pleasant Beach. You go over a large drawbridge, which might even be open, then you will be in Point Pleasant Beach. Proceed to the 3rd traffic light and make a left on Arnold Avenue. Go over the railroad tracks and make your first right on Saint Louis Avenue. Go down approximately 5 blocks and make a left on New York Avenue. We are No. 104. The third house in on the right before Ocean Avenue. Please Note Smoking is limited to our veranda area only. Smoking in guestrooms is not permitted!
